放假前收到HR發出得通知，前老闆退休了，想想公司每年要我們寫的IDP、LDEP、Objective、Performance洋洋灑灑一堆，然後呢...32年離開時，就是一頁...

Nxx Axx, President of xx Asia Pacific, is making the following personnel announcement:

Rxx Mxx, Director, Strategic Planning, xx Asia Pacific, has elected to retire effective October 2, 2015, after more than 32 years of distinguished and dedicated service.

Rxx joined xx in 1982 in Australia.  Over the years, he held positions of increasing responsibility in Australia and the United States.  Most recently, Rxx has been on international assignment in China since 2010, holding the positions of Director, Financial Services before moving into his present position in 2013. 

In his time with xx, Rxx has been instrumental in working with xx and other partners to successfully support our business in a number of countries in the Asia Pacific region, including Australia, New Zealand, as well as China.  His strong functional and technical skills, business acumen,  and drive for process improvement will be missed.

Please join me in thanking Rxx for his exceptional leadership and highly valued contributions to the company, along with our very best wishes for a happy and healthy retirement.
